    We want you to love your shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


    1. Return Eligibility

    • We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of you receiving your order. We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange after 10 days of your order being delivered.

    • Returned items should be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for worn, damaged, or altered products.

    2. Return Shipping

    • As a small independent brand, we’re unfortunately unable to provide free return labels if the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., size, fit, style, color, etc.) at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to choose the most affordable shipping option to ship returns to our original shipping warehouse in Asia or the United states.

    • Please note that due to high transportation costs, for any single return request involving 3 or more pairs of shoes, we will deduct the original shipping fee of $10 per pair from the final refund amount.

    • If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping or offer a free replacement.

    3. Refunds

    • Your refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to reflect on your account.

    4. Exchange Policy

    • For sizing issues, we offer a one-time free exchange of the same style and price.

    5. Non-returnable Items

    • Final sale items and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Order Canceling

    We accept cancellations before the order is shipped or enters production.

    • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll check the order status to see if changes can still be made.

    • If the order has already been shipped, we’ll do our best to help — but changes are not guaranteed. In that case, please wait for the delivery and proceed with a return request according to our return policy.


    How do I make a return?

    Just follow these simple steps:

    • Step 1: Fill your order number and email address below on this page.

    • Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you the Asia or New York return address and details — as we ship from multiple warehouses.

    • Step 3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.

    • Step 4: Ship the package and send us the tracking number. Be sure to get a shipping receipt — we may not be able to process your return without tracking info.

    • We’ll email you once your return has been received and processed.
