Easy Exchange for non-fit size

• For non-fit sizes, we can provide Easy Exchange service, customers just pay the resend freight, we would replace the same items at your correct size for free, at the same time, there is no need to send the old package back to us.

• Your exchange request should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

• We value your shopping experience, so we develop this Easy Exchange policy that is beneficial to you, on the one hand, it could save the cost of your return shipping, on the other hand, we do not have to wait to receive the old package then start the exchange, means speeds up the process.

• If you prefer the traditional exchange process, please refer to our Return Page, send us the old package first, then we will exchange it for you.
