Processing Time

    • Most shoes are made-to-order, usually takes 5-7 business days, during processing time, the order would remain in the "Ready to be shipped" status, this does not mean we have not received your order, your order is being prepared and readied for shipment.

    • We will also keep part of the inventory, and if there is stock, it will be shipped within 2-3 days

    • Processing time may be delayed during peak shopping season. 

    • Why made-to-order?

    A number of our styles are handmade on-demand help to reduce waste, excess inventory, and carbon emissions. If you have an agenda to keep, we strongly suggest you place your order at least 20~30 days in advance, or contact us to confirm.

            Expedited Shipping

              • Expedited shipping (By DHL or FedEx) is available at your expense, usually takes 3-5 business days after shipped, options can be viewed during the checkout process if your area is available.

                Delivery To Door

                  • We provide real-time tracking for all orders, you can get the shipping information on the order status page.

                  • If you have not received your order after the order status shows that it has been delivered, please contact us within 7 days.

                  • Due to your privacy concerns, we do not require you to provide your mobile phone number, but we suggest leaving it during the checkout process for successful delivery, which we promise is only used for delivery, so unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile cannot be compensated.
