We want you to love your shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- 
Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
 - 
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
 - 
We do not accept returns for worn, damaged, or altered products.
 
2. Return Costs
- 
If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., size, fit, style, color, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
 - 
We do not provide return labels. Customers should ship returns to our original shipping warehouse in Asia. The return cost depends on your region and the carrier you choose.
 - 
For non-quality-related reasons (such as size, fit, or style preferences), 10% of the refund amount will be deducted as the original handling fee.
 - 
If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping or offer a free replacement.
 
3. Refunds
- 
Your refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to reflect on your account.
 
4. Exchange Policy
- 
For sizing issues, we offer a one-time free exchange of the same style and price. Customers only need to cover the resend shipping cost, and you do not need to return the original pair.

5. Other Refund Options
For returns due to preference, we offer two options:
- Return the item and receive a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
 - Request a partial refund (typically 50%) without returning the item.
 
If you choose a full return, the refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Non-returnable Items
- Final sale items and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order Canceling
We accept cancellations before the order is shipped or enters production.
- 
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll check the order status to see if changes can still be made.
 - 
If the order has already been shipped, we’ll do our best to help — but changes are not guaranteed. In that case, please wait for the delivery and proceed with a return request according to our return policy.
 
How do I make a return?
Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Fill your order number and email address below on this page.
 - 
Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you the Asia or New York return address and details — as we ship from multiple warehouses.
 - 
Step 3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.
 - 
Step 4: Ship the package and send us the tracking number. Be sure to get a shipping receipt — we may not be able to process your return without tracking info.
 - 
We’ll email you once your return has been received and processed.
