We can offer free exchange for non-fit size. You don't even need to return, and we will send you the exchange items for free. But you should pay for the resend freight. We hope this will help you get a super convenient shopping experience.

We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy's requirements.
1. Our responsibility
- We will be responsible for items are defective or damaged when delivered. Items must be reported with pictures within 7 days of delivery. Once approved by our Support Team, we will resend the same items.
2. Customer's responsibility

Returns based on preferences(e.g., size, fit, style, etc.), the customers would be responsible for return to our warehouse in Asia, we will provide you the address after your request was approved because we ship from multiple warehouses. The specific fee would be based on your region and the express company you choose, but your return should be returned to our designated address within 45 days.
3. We offer returnless refund

We may negotiate with you a partial refund without returning, or other return policy that is in your favor under limited conditions if international returns are inconvenient in your region, please contact us when necessary. We will always process your request in your favor.

Refunds

For returned items: Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed when your package arrives at our return center. We will issue the refund once we completed the inspection.

For negotiated items: We will issue the amount as soon as we negotiate with you.

Your refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually immediately, but also depending on your bank's processing.

If the package is rejected or returned due to non-quality issues, 10% of the refund amount will be deducted as the original handling fee.

The original shipping fee and insurance (if applied) are non-refundable.
Order Canceling
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.

If you’ve placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We’ll need to check the status of your order to see if this is possible, as it might already be on its way.

For orders that are already shipped out, we’ll try our best to make any changes, but sadly we can’t make any guarantees, as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal returns procedure.
How do I make a return?

Step 2: We will provide you a return address and the relevant information after your returned request was approved because we ship from multiple warehouses.

Step 3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.

Step 4: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online and send to us. We may not be able to process your return without any tracking info.
