Rica - Stretch Knee-high Boots

I had written that the stretch upper was tight on my large, muscular calves (16" around at their widest point), making the boots difficult to zip. However, they stretched out after a few hours of wear and are now easy to zip up.
I also should have mentioned that my feet are wide - C or D - depending on the shoe and socks worn. I ordered a half size up in the boots and have plenty of toe and foot room.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Rica boots. The quality is very good. They are quite comfortable. The soles are substantial enough to protect the feet. I got the "white," which would be better termed "ivory."

upper is a little tight, making them hard for me to zip. I have large, muscular calves and it is something to be aware of if you do too. They were well packaged, too. It took about three weeks for the boots to arrive, but they are worth the wait.

I ordered the boots in size 10, but unfortunately they ran small. I was super bummed because I was in love with the boots! Alice from customer care responded immediately to my concerns and went over/beyond to make the situation right! Even though I will not get to wear the boots, Alice made me very happy with the ending solution. These boots are fabulous and the customer service says it all!!!
